Hola,!!, a todos nos gusta tener un cuerpecito jaja. Soñado que vendría siendo un "cuerpo fitness" , A QUIEN NO LE GUSTA?......
Pero a veces intentamos pero la comida llama jaja.

Por eso te traigo comidas saludables para el desayuno, merienda o si quieren almuerzo o cena.

But sometimes we try but the food calls Jajaja.

That's why I bring you healthy meals for breakfast, snack or if you want lunch or dinner.


 1. - Avena y plátano:
Esta receta las e echo más de mil veces (literal), son muy ricas y más que todos es para una merienda mañana o tarde. Antojito.

2. -  Gelatina con frutas picadas 
este dulce light es super chevere por qué es muy fácil de hacer se puede hacer con cualquier fruta piña, fresa, etc. Y esta bien también para una tarde o meriendas.

3. - Sándwich saludable:
