agosto 16, 2017¡Hola a todos!, se que supongo que la mayoría de las personas les gusta hacer ejercicios, bueno este post es más o menos para las personas que entrenan crossfit, o simplemete necesitan tener flexbilidad para hacer correctamente sus ejercicios, en este post les estaré mostrando ejercicios para aumentar su flexibilidad.

Hello everyone !, I guess that most people like to do exercises, well this post is more or less for people who train gymnastics, acrobatic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, you need the most flexibility to train those things , In this post I will be showing you in this post I will be showing Exercises to increase your flexibility.
Recuerden antes de hacer estos ejercicios les recomiendo hacer un calentamiento.
Remember before doing these exercises I recommend doing a warm up.
1.-Empecemos con los calentamientos para spagat lateral.
Let's start with the warmups for lateral spagat.
Mariposa Lateral, este ejercicio les recomiendo cuando lo hagan ejercer un poco de presión hasta donde lleguen un poco más abajo. Y hacer lo mismo acostada y volver a ejercer presión, estos ejercicios son muy buenos y son principales para lograr el spagat.
Lateral Butterfly, this exercise I recommend when they do it you Lower with a little force Until where arrive Going down a little more. And do the same lying down and re-apply pressure, these exercises are very good and are prime to achieving the spagat.
2.- Calentamientos de split.
Split heating.
Este ejercicio haganlo con las dos piernas 10 segundos cada una de frente y de lado. Extendiendo y volviendo a la posicion (otro ejercicio).
This exercise do it with both legs 10 seconds each front and side leg . Extending and returning to the position (another exercise).
3. Calentamientos de espalda.
warming from back.
Estos ejercicios son muy buenos para tener una super flexibilidad de espalda.
These exercises are very good for having a super back flexibility.
Bueno esperó que les haya gustado este post les recomiendo hacer estos ejercicios 1 vez al día todos los días para tener un bueno aumento de flexibilidad, les deseo mucha suerte con estos calentamientos de flexibilidad, nos vemos en el próximo post.
